An unknown benefit of no TV
Heidi was telling me earlier that since we have gotten rid of the TV...well most of our cable channels at least.(Heidi wouldn't be able to get by without Days of Our Lives. Did you hear about Jon and Marlena by the way?) Anyway, it seems that Olivia and Taylor have been playing really well together lately. I have to include that it's only been a two day run so far, so we don't know what the real result will be, but this observation by Heidi is, so far, a very promising benefit of the loss of expanded cable. Another added benefit is the loss of all those obnoxious cartoons on the Cartoon Network. Hmmm...if only the Food Network was included in basic cable...

haha! That's great. My kids are always playing well together, thanks to the TV, considering that Daiken is always Max or Diego, and Brailee is always Ruby or Dora. They play great together when they are imagining they are a character.
Thank you Milt for updating your family blog. If you really miss the cartoons, I could tape them and send them to the kids for you. It's really no problem!
